At Musketeer Miniatures we aim to make shopping as simple as possible, by giving you the freedom to buy exactly what you want.
We know that while wargamers are usually interested in history, they are not all historians and often the names given to figures by a manufacturer cannot be matched to a given set of rules. As a result, we list our ranges historically and also, where appropriate, by individual army lists from popular rules.

How to shop

To view our range of figures simply click on the ranges link in the left hand of each page and select the range you are interested in. You can then choose to view the figures using an historical list, or broken down for various rules if applicable. To add items to your basket simply enter the amount of packs you want and click the "add to basket" button. You can then continue to shop by following the relevant links.
When you are ready to buy, just click on the "Proceed to Checkout" link on the right hand side of the screen and you will be taken to the order page.
On this page we ask you to enter your address details and create a user account with Musketeer Miniatures using your email address as a username. On future trips to our site you will only need to enter your email address and password; the form will automatically be filled out with your details. Finally when you have verified all the details of your order, click on the "Pay Now on our Secure Server" button to be taken to our Paypal payments page, where you will be directed to Paypal and here you can enter your credit card details and your order will be processed.

FAQs

I cannot see the menu of figure ranges
Our site has been designed for all the latest web browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape 5+ and Firefox). If you are using an older browser, we strongly suggest you upgrade to a new version. This is not just so you can view our site, but also because there are many security issues with old browsers which could compromise your PC.

Items keep disappearing from my basket
We use a form of data known to browsers as "cookies" to store data during your visits to Musketeer Miniatures, so please ensure that your browser accepts cookies. Furthermore, if you close your browser before you finish shopping, the information in the cookie will be lost and you will have to add the items again.

How do I know your site is safe?
Musketeer Miniatures uses Paypal to process credit card orders. This is a very secure payments system using 128bit encryption and is used by many Internet Service Providers in the UK and across the world. Shop with confidence.

Why are there no lists of your figures using army lists from my favourite rules
We aim to cover all popular rules; if we have missed yours please let us know. If our range can be used for a particular army list, we will gladly add it.

Can I place an order over the phone, or send you a cheque?
We cannot process credit card orders over the phone at present, but plan to offer this service quite soon. If you want to post your order to us, just work out your order using the website and fill out the form on the checkout page. Then print out the page and send it to the address at the bottom of the checkout page, together with a cheque made out to "Musketeer Miniatures". Remember to put your address on the back of the cheque as normal.
